1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the phwow online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services made available through the website at phwow.app and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms are entered into between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and phwow ("phwow," "we," "us," or "our").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using the phwow Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. You also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the phwow Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any manner. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the phwow Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the phwow Platform. This age restriction is in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. phwow strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by minors.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time you access and use the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the phwow Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or who are under guardianship are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the phwow Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by phwow or by any regulatory authority, at the time of registration or use.

phwow reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

To access the full range of phwow services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify phwow immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phwow will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. The provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account without notice.

3.4 KYC Verification

phwow is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with phwow's KYC process and to provide any documents or information requested, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

phwow accepts deposits via a range of Philippine payment methods, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. phwow does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. phwow aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the phwow Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phwow is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

4.4 Fraud Prevention

phwow employs fraud detection systems to monitor all financial transactions. Any transaction that is identified as potentially fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms may be suspended pending investigation. phwow reserves the right to reverse any transaction and close any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phwow may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all phwow bonuses:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• phwow reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account termination.
• phwow reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings and to close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity in connection with any promotion.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phwow Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all phwow games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators ("RNG") or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. phwow does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, phwow will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. phwow's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. phwow is not liable for losses incurred as a result of connectivity issues on the player's end.
• The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Responsible Gaming

phwow is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously.

phwow provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to control their spending.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwow Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, the forfeiture of all funds held in your account, and may expose you to civil or criminal liability:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to circumvent any security measures, access controls, or technical restrictions implemented by phwow.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to defraud phwow or other players.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the normal operation of the phwow Platform or the experience of other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any software used in connection with the phwow Platform.
• Transferring funds between player accounts or engaging in any form of chip dumping.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the phwow Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of phwow or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phwow Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of phwow.

The phwow name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of phwow. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of phwow.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phwow, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phwow Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

phwow does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, phwow's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall phwow's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwow account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phwow is committed to protecting your personal data and handling it in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the phwow Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and our legitimate business interests.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

phwow reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other applicable phwow policy.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Any other reason that phwow, in its sole discretion, deems sufficient to justify account action.

Upon termination of your account for cause, phwow reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and, where permitted by law, any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of termination will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to phwow.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any remaining balance will be returned to you subject to the conditions described above.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phwow's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phwow will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice of the dispute from you.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phwow reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to the address associated with your account.

Your continued use of the phwow Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request the closure of your account. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
